A big #ukchurchchat welcome to a new look blog

Welcome to the brand new #ukchurchchat blog. Our aim is to become a useful and buzzing digital hub to support UK churches with online mission and ministry. Discussion, news, stories, advice and support is all posted totally free and always will be. Please join in Please use our commenting system. You can leave a guest comment with no account, just your name. We'd love you to create an account and add comments that way too. Once we can see you are a real person we'll allow permissions for you to comment without moderation.


Our topics include church website tips, virtual church, social media advice for churches, news, discussions and testimonies. Who is blogging?

A variety of different authors post on our blog. These include experts in online technology, authors, church workers and ordinary people with a story to tell. If you would like to add yourself to our team then get in touch with us. Nobody is paid to blog but donations are made to charity partners each time a blog is posted.

Our Principles

We don't believe it matters to God which denomination of Christian you are! We are Christians together and have decided on some founding principles of #ukchurchchat accordingly. Following Jesus Christ together on the internet Loving and Compassionate to each other Non Judgemental

Plans for the future

We all use the hash tag #ukchurchchat on twitter so please join us there. We plan to start a national twitter hour where people from across the spectrum of UK churches can encourage each other in faith. There will be different topics each week but the overall topic is 'how best can churches use web and mobile technologies to help people grow in faith. '
